Workout on the Green
April 5 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
No contracts. No excuses. Just FREE fitness in Washington Park. All classes are led by licensed, trained instructors. Workouts take place in the south end of the park by the bandstand.
6pm Pilates with CORE: This workout focuses on small movements, deep abdominal work, and uses the full body.
7:15pm Total Body Workout with the YMCA: This workout consists of a variety of cardiovascular and body weight exercises to increase your cardio and strength endurance. Each class will keep the body guessing. The class may use different workout formats such as accumulator, tabata, ladders, and pyramids.
6pm Yoga with MODO: An outdoor yoga class for all experience levels. Breathe to the rhythm of our beautiful city!
7:15pm Bootcamp with Fitnext: Sports drills, calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength/agility training jam packed into a mixture of high/low intensity movements. This boot-camp workout is sure to make you sweat and burn off calories.
