Join the community of downtown yogis every Tuesday night for a fun and flowing Vinyasa Yoga Class. Led by two of Cincinnati’s favorite teachers (Rachel Roberts+ Donna Covrett), this class will be a gently flowing sequence of yoga asanas (postures) with variations given so that all levels of practitioners can participate.
Each class will be a blend of asana, breath work and meditation set against the backdrop of Music Hall in Washington Park – the energetic heart of this amazing city.
