Washington Park is a private/public partnership among 3CDC, the City of Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Park Board, and the Cincinnati corporate and philanthropic communities. This partnership has resulted in the transformation of Washington Park from six acres to an 8-acre urban sanctuary. The expansion and renovation of the park was completed in the summer of 2012. During this renovation, the iconic bandstand in the heart of the park was restored and the space around it transformed with stone pavers and a canopy of lights. A fenced dog park was created and historic artifacts restored. Other elements include a unique playground, groupings of water jets and interactive fountains, a restroom building, a concession building, and a large deck. The park attracts over 2 million visitors annually.
288,238 cars were parked in Washington Park’s 450-space parking garage in 2015. Cars parking in Washington Park’s garage are filled with theater goers, fitness fans, music lovers, restaurant patrons, residents, office workers, dog lovers and more.

GARAGE PORTAL LED SCREENS
All three garage portals in Washington Park feature a 60” high-definition LED screen at street level, greeting visitors entering and exiting the garage. The screens not only highlight events and activities taking place at the Park, but provide the perfect opportunity to showcase YOUR product or service to Park patrons and visitors to the garage.
