Summer Cinema features a free movie screening every Wednesday at the Park! Dust off those lawn chairs, grab a picnic basket, and join us for a fun, relaxing evening over on our civic lawn. See below for the complete *summer schedule.
Summer Cinema is part of the 2016 PNC Summer Series at Washington Park.
Washington Park’s concessions offer full bar service, including beer, wine, liquor, and coke products. Craft beer offerings from Taft’s Ale House, Rhinegeist, MadTree Brewing, and the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company are also available for purchase.

June 1: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) re-scheduled for Sept 14
The new Ninja Turtles Movie comes out this summer- catch the original on the Civic Lawn!
A group of mutated turtle warriors must emerge from the shadows to protect New York City from an uprising criminal gang of ninjas.
June 8: Sandlot (1993) re-scheduled for Sept 7
A new kid in town is taken under the wing of a young baseball prodigy and his team in this coming of age movie set in the summer of 1962. Together, they get themselves into many adventures involving rival teams, lifeguards, and a vicious dog.
June 15: Labyrinth (1986) re-scheduled for Sept 21
Celebrating David Bowie!
A selfish 16-year old girl is given 13 hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King.
June 29: Top Gun (1986)
As students at the United States Navy’s elite fighter weapons school compete to be best in the class, one daring young pilot learns a few things from a civilian instructor that are not taught in the classroom.
July 6: Sharknado (2013)
Join us for our very own Shark Week!

Beca, a freshman at Barden University, is cajoled into joining The Bellas, her school’s all-girls singing group. Injecting some much needed energy into their repertoire, The Bellas take on their male rivals in a campus competition.
