Droder & Miller Workout on the Green

The UC Health & Wellness Series Presents: Workout on the Green
6:00PM – 7:00PM: FREE Vinyasa Yoga Classes led by trained instructors from The Yoga Bar — perfect for practicing yogis of all skill levels. Bring your yoga mat, some water, a friend or two and your intention to feel better, be calmer and to connect with the community we all call home. Rain location The Yoga Bar 825 Main Street.
Be sure to stick around after our final summer yoga session on Tuesday, August 26, for Vinyasa + Vino. Washington Park’s concessions will offer full bar service and drink specials, including beer, wine, liquor, soda and water. A variety of food trucks will also be on-site. Stick around, enjoy a glass of vino, and make some new friends!
7:15PM – 8:15PM: Boot Camp with Fitnext, featuring sports drills, calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength/agility training jam packed into a mixture of high/low intensity movements. Performed to high energy, motivating music this boot-camp workout is sure to make you sweat and burn off calories!
8:30PM – 9:30PM: Dance Fitness with Naomi, featuring infectious music and hip hop-style dance steps designed to get your feet moving and your blood pumping.
