The Droder & Miller Health & Wellness Series Presents: Weekend Workout
The Weekend Workout will offer FREE fitness classes to the interested public. This fourteen week series will feature a variety of exercise styles including boot camp, cardio training and Zumba, all lead by professional YMCA instructors.
