Join the Center for Closing the Health Gap at our 16th Annual Health Expo in Washington Park on Saturday, April 27, 2019! This all-ages event will feature FREE health screenings, fun fitness activities and games, food, exhibitors, and entertainment with mainstage performances by Tyshawn Colquitt and Natural Progression.
