Tuesday Workout on the Green
Details
We are excited to announce the return of our FREE Workout on the Green series every Tuesday and Wednesday in Washington Park.
Thank you to Melanoma Know More for sponsoring Workout on the Green! Events in the park are produced by 3CDC.
Spring Schedule 4/6-5/26:
Tuesday:
5:30-6p-Tabata with Sage Hot Yoga
Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that’s been proven to torch serious calories quickly. In a Tabata workout, each round lasts four minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. And when we say “all out,” we mean ALL OUT. We’re talking about 100-percent max effort for every burpee, tuck jump, and mountain climber. It’s worth pushing yourself though, because that’s how you get such a stellar workout in such a short amount of time.
6:15-7:15p- Vinyasa Flow with Embra Studio
This class is accessible to all levels. You will move through a series of yoga postures focused on building strength, balance and flexibility. Joim us for class and you will leave feeling energized in your mind, body and spirit.
Wednesday:
5:30-6p- FitCamp with Fitnext
This energizing HIIT class will incorporate functional stretch, upper body, lower body, cardio and core movements to sculpt your body! Come ready to sweat and achieve inevitable results! All workout levels welcomed.
6:15-7:15p- Zumba with Central Parkway YMCA
Dance fitness with the YMCA! This class is subject to change from week to week, updates will be posted to Facebook.
WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event.
