No contracts, no excuses, just free workout classes every Wednesday in Washington Park! Workout on the Green is completely free and anyone is welcome to attend, no matter your skill set! Please bring your own towel, mat, water, etc.; Washington Park will not provide any equipment.

A creative, yet powerful yoga flow with smooth transition. Designed for all levels. The class will combine breath and movement in a dynamic sequence of poses.

A mind-body-spirit practice that integrates posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage, sound, and focused intent to improve overall well-being.

A creative, yet powerful yoga flow with smooth transition. Designed for all levels. The class will combine breath and movement in a dynamic sequence of poses.
6 – 7p | Stretch & Flow with Haley
Join Haley for a relaxing Stretch & Flow class, perfect for all levels! Whether you’re seeking relief from soreness, tightness, or simply want to improve your flexibility, this class offers a rejuvinating experience. You’ll leave feeling looser, more relaxed, and revitalized.
* There will be no Stretch & Flow on 10/29

As always, The Sherwin-Williams Porch will be open serving our regular slate of Coca-Cola products, wine, beer, hard seltzers, and specialty drinks. Washington park is very dog friendly, and all dogs are welcome. We also have plenty of seating available up at the Porch and all throughout the Park. Convenient parking is located right next to the Park.No outside alcohol is permitted in the Park.
Bags and coolers are subject to search. Those bringing in outside alcohol may be ticketed for open container. Check out the current menu offerings here.
WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event. All event cancellations will be posted on Facebook, usually deciding approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly. RSVP to our event pages for weather updates.
