๐—ง๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐˜€, ๐Ÿฑ:๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฌ-๐Ÿฒ๐—ฝ: Xtinaโ€™s Twerkout – Dance fitness class that uses hip hop music. This class is about feeling empowered and coming together while still getting a full-body workout in.

๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฑ, ๐Ÿฑ:๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฌ-๐Ÿฒ๐—ฝ: System of Strength – System of Strength is bringing it all this season: Cardio, Strength and Recovery. Using plyometrics and high-intensity intervals and the clock, this speed and endurance CLOCKED class will push you to your limits. Our HIGH & TIGHT class will cut and define the body using high repetitions, pulsing and isolating every move with the intent to increase time under tension. EBB & FLO –ย this class will strengthen and elongate your muscles through a series of vinyasas, weaved with strength, longer holds, and stretches that your body craves. We hope to sweat with you Cincy!

๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฑ, ๐Ÿฒ:๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฑ-๐Ÿณ:๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฑ๐—ฝ: Group Fight with Central Parkway YMCA – Group Fightย ยฎย isย a gripping hour that builds cardio fitness, total-body strength, and coordination. Combine the hottest, adrenaline-fueled MMA movements from the boxing ring to the fighting cage with cutting-edge exercises from outside the octagon. Thrilling music and motivational coaching will get you fighting fit.

WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event. All event cancellations will be posted on Facebook, usually deciding approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly. RSVP to our event pages for weather updates.

Washington Park will not be providing any shared equipment for patrons. Please bring your own towel, water, mat, etc.
