I want to hold an event in Washington Park. What do I do?

Start by going to Host an Event for basic information, rules, and forms. Most of the information you need is in the rules or in the Washington Park Event Permit Application itself.

I represent a band or performing artist who would like to perform at one of the music events in Washington Park. What do I do?

We receive a high volume of inquiries about performing in our spaces, but have limited opportunities available. We accept band submissions through CloudPressKit.com each year from Jan. 1 - May 1. There is a $15 fee associated per submission. We review submissions throughout the booking process. If we are interested in booking your band, we will reach out via the contact info provided on Cloud Press Kit. For more information, please visit the Vendor/Band Application page.

Please note: given the high volume of inquiries received, we cannot guarantee every applicant will receive a response. Applicants calling the 3CDC office to request information on an application will be redirected to the website.
