We’re excited to continue Workout on The Green this Fall! Join us every week to work up a sweat with trained and licensed instructors on the park’s South End.
Fall Schedule | 9/6 – 10/26
????, ?:??-??: BBF Health – Fun family fitness with this session; we want to encourage the entire family all ages and all fitness levels to come out and enjoy a fun cardio workout. Let’s workout!
????, ?:?? -?:???: Embra Studio – In this class, the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
???, ?:??-??: Sage Yoga – An energizing and grounding vinyasa practice.
???, ?:??-?:???: Central Parkway YMCA – Defend Together
WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event. All event cancellations will be posted on Facebook, usually deciding approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly. RSVP to our event pages for weather updates.
Washington Park will not be providing any shared equipment for patrons. Please bring your own towel, water, mat, etc.
