About WordPlay: WordPlay sparks storytelling throguh writing, performance, and visual arts in collaboration with Cincinnati’s young people by celebrating their strengths, cultivating belonging, and fueling social impact.
About CAC Art Lab: Our partners at the Contemporary Arts Center are bringing free drop-in marketing for young adults to Washington Park! Artists and educators will lead a crafty, creative hands-on project.
About Brandi Bee Yoga: Join Brandi Bee for a relaxing Yoga session!
About Junk Journaling Workshop: Led by Art Academy of Cincinnati Students, the community will be encouraged to create “Junk journals” using everyday materials that can be found at home. Participants will be able to make a booklet out of a variety of materials. For those that wouldn’t draw in them, it could be a journal, sticker book, or scrap book. Materials: Cardboard/foam board/anything that could work as a cover, hole punch, string/yarn, hot glue/super glue, lined paper/construction paper/printer paper, things that are collected such as stickers, stamps, ribbon, fabric, stencils, etc.

All Summer events at Washington Park are brought to you by First Financial Bank and produced by 3CDC.
As always, The Sherwin-Williams Porch will be open serving our regular slate of Coca-Cola products, wine, beer, hard seltzers, and specialty drinks. Washington park is very dog friendly, and all dogs are welcome. We also have plenty of seating available up at the Porch and all throughout the Park. Convenient parking is located right next to the Park.
No outside alcohol is permitted in the Park. Bags and coolers are subject to search. Those bringing in outside alcohol may be ticketed for open container. Check out the current menu offerings here.
WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event. All event cancellations will be posted on Facebook, usually deciding approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly. RSVP to our event pages for weather updates.
