2024 Workout Schedule
April
5-5:45p | Dance Fitness Cardio & Yin Yoga Flow with Mecca Freeman
A 45-minute flow led by Mecca Freeman with the first 30-minutes of Dance Fitness Cardio ending with an intentional and healing full body Yin Yoga Flow
6-7p | Zumba led by Aida
Fusion of Latin and International music creates a dynamic workout.

5-5:45 p | HIIT cardio & Vinyasa Yoga
A 45-Minute flow led by Mecca Freeman with the first 30-minutes of HIIT Cardio ending with a vinyasa yoga flow
6-7p | Bodyweight Circuit Training with Haley
A combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed, but a workout can include multiple circuits.
Summer Schedule Coming Soon!
**Washington Park will not be providing any shared equipment for patrons. Please bring your own towel, water, mat, etc.

Washington park is very dog friendly, and all dogs are welcome. We also have plenty of seating available up at the Porch and all throughout the Park. Convenient parking is located right next to the Park.
