Interval Strength and Conditioning Training. Anaerobic theme class which is an all-out max effort. The Focus: Speed + Power, The Pace: 100%, The Feel: Intense
October 16:
Interval Strength and Conditioning Training. Momentum theme class which is a gradual build in pace and intensity. The Focus: Athleticism + Endurance, The Pace: 70>80>90%, The Feel: Energetic
October 23:
Interval Strength and Conditioning Training. Durability theme class which is a steady grind. The Focus: Stability + Stamina, The Pace: 80%, The Feel: Grueling
October 30:
Interval Strength and Conditioning Training. Momentum theme class which is a gradual build in pace and intensity. The Focus: Athleticism + Endurance, The Pace: 70>80>90%, The Feel: Energetic
6-7p | Zumba led by Aida Couch with the YMCA
**Washington Park will not be providing any shared equipment for patrons. Please bring your own towel, water, mat, etc.

Washington park is very dog friendly, and all dogs are welcome. We also have plenty of seating available up at the Porch and all throughout the Park. Convenient parking is located right next to the Park.
