For the Love of Food: A Free Foodie Event

The Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste District, alongside La Soupe, will be holding a wasted food prevention event on Sunday, September 8 from 11:30a to 2:30p at Washington Park in downtown Cincinnati. This family-friendly event is centered around the idea that food is a valuable resource that should not be wasted.

This zero-waste event will include free food, water, music, games, educational booths, cooking demonstrations and giveaways focused on food waste prevention. Families that participate in activities will be eligible to receive items such as reusable water bottles, reusable grocery bags, and food to take home.
