We are excited to announce the return of our FREE Workout on the Green series every Tuesday and Wednesday in Washington Park.

Early Fall Schedule | 9/7-10/27:
Tues, 5:30-6p: Cardio Blast with Tii Fit Wellness – An uptempo class that uses dance fitness to get your heart rate up and burn calories! We also incorporate high intensity exercises that strengthens and tones your entire body. Note: Modifications are given for most workouts. A yoga mat is recommended for the class due to some exercises being performed on the ground.
Tues, 6:15 -7:15p: Yoga with Embra Studio – This class is accessible to all levels. You will move through a series of yoga postures focused on building strength, balance and flexibility. Join us for class and you will leave feeling energized in your mind, body and spirit.
Wed, 5:30-6p: Ease UP Fitness – An all-around workout class focused on calisthenics
Wed, 6:15-7:15p: Group Fight Cardio Kickboxing with Central Parkway YMCA – Group Fight is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total-body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music.
WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event. All event cancellations will be posted on Facebook, usually deciding approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly. RSVP to our event pages for weather updates.
Washington Park will not be providing any shared equipment for patrons. Please bring your own towel, water, mat, etc. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID19 please stay home!
