We are excited to announce the return of our FREE Workout on the Green series every Tuesday and Wednesday in Washington Park.

Early Summer Schedule 6/1-7/14:

Tues, 5:30-6p: Cardio Jam with Mayerson JCC– Cardio Jam class is a dance-based workout, heavily influenced by Latin dances. It is a low-impact, joint-safe cardio class, designed to get the heart pumping and strengthen major muscle groups

Tues, 6:15 -7:15p: Sage Flow with Sage Hot Yoga– Sage Flow is an all levels vinyasa flow. Come wind down your Tuesday with meditation and movement as we connect back to our breath through practice and fluid movement.

Wed, 5:30-6p: Bodyweight Bootcamp with MVMT studio & Shred415 Redbank- 30 minutes of both strength and cardio moves for a full body workout.

Wed, 6:15-7p: Barre Blast with Mayerson JCC- Barre Blast class is based on a Lotte Berk method, and is designed to work with isometric resistance and body weight combined with small, sustained movements to lift and tone the body in an all-over workout. Participants may want a yoga mat, and maybe 1-3 lb weights (although they are not necessary).

 

WEATHER POLICY: Our events are rain or shine, however in the event of severe weather or heavy rain we may cancel an event. All event cancellations will be posted on Facebook, usually deciding approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly. RSVP to our event pages for weather updates.

Washington Park will not be providing any shared equipment for patrons. Please bring your own towel, water, mat, etc. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID19 please stay home!
